Join us Monday, March 9th from 6:30 - 9:00 PM for a Crowd Management Training facilitated by Anthony Lancellotti, Training Officer with the Rhode Island State Fire Marshal's Office.
Volunteers will learn the basic principles of crowd management, including how to identify occupancy related hazards and strategies to mitigate them. The training will also cover techniques for managing key crowd dynamics such as space, energy, time, and information.
